Gentle Yoga & Breathing
Limited to the first 15 participants
This class will combine simple, joint-freeing movements with breath and body/mind awareness. If sitting on the floor is not possible, chairs are available to use throughout the class. Wear comfortable clothes that are not too tight or loose. Even if mobility and flexibility are limited, the breathing and meditation practice will be available. Class is FREE to attend and is taught by the very talented yoga instructor Aly Evans. Occurs twice a month, 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings.
