Balance, Strength, and Toning are important at any age…especially as we age. This fitness class series is designed for those 55 years and older and will introduce you to some exercises and movements to help you feel better and do more. Note: this is not a Yoga or Aerobics class. This class is designed for all skill levels. Music also helps to make this a fun workout!
Please wear tennis shoes, bring a mat (optional), and 3 pound hand weights if you have them. Resistance bands provided. Please join us and take the next steps to feeling and looking your best! Instructor is Paula Papst, ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
